Blossom Bliss: My top 5 matching shoe, bag and accessory combos for Spring! ???

Okay, so I know the weather seems to be doing its own thing at the minute, but it’s finally safe to say ♫it’s beginning to look like Spr-ing… everywhere you go…♫ As someone who loves all things pink, pretty and floral, this makes me super happy, but I’ve found myself struggling on the footwear side of things, because I for one am soooooooooo over ankle boots. Not being one to sit around waiting for life to happen, I trawled the internet and picked out the best spring-worthy shoe, bag and accessory combos for you… Oh and cause I love you so much, I even threw in a whole look showing you how to play matchy-matchy with Mother Nature herself (’cause what could possibly be better than dressing up like a cherry blossom tree, right?)

In the words of one of my favourite brands, it’s always a good idea to #StartWithTheShoes. Being one of those ladies who’s absolutely obsessed with the things, that’s exactly what I did! I picked out these gorgeous faux suede pointed courts, snapped up from Dorothy Perkins and I’ve totally fallen in love. I feel like slingbacks have always been those shoe that everyone was giving a subtle side-eye; one wrong turn and they can look a little granny-esque, but they’re definitely making a comeback this season. From the comfy heel height to the classic pointed toe, this is one pair of blue (faux) suede shoes you sure won’t want anyone to step on!

Nothing makes you look more put together than a matching shoe and bag combo, so I was over the moon when I stumbled across this baby blue beaut from H&M. This is the definition of a style soul mate if there ever was one- the way the soft sky hue complements the shoes is absolutely divine (talk about a match made in heaven!) This little lady is style and substance though- the perfect size for your everyday essentials, and she even has a little front pocket for you to pop your purse/card holder in!

With the accessories checked off, all I needed was a cute outfit to really make ’em pop. Taking inspo from Spring herself, I slipped on this lovely blossom print midi skirt (similar), snapped up from H&M last year. I’m usually a sale shopper but everything from the pretty, pastel hues to the adorable button-up detail was just too gorgeous to resist, so I actually bought this full-price… and it was totally worth every penny.

If cool blue hues ain’t really your thing and you’re more of a pretty in pink kinda gal, why not give these gorgeous blush pink sandals a whirl? Featuring on-trend marble detailing in a practical block heel, these are comfy, classic style with a modern twist.

Looking for the perfect piece of arm candy to sweeten ’em up? Look no further than Topshop’s marvellous marble handle tote bag! Featuring gorgeous gold hardware combined with more marble detailing, this is one half of a pretty pair you’ll never want to keep apart!

If you’re feeling kinda extra, you could tie this floral silky stunner on the handle for a high street designer touch…

And finish off the look with this pink marble face watch- it may tell the time, but it’s a totally timeless classic. ?

On the subject of pink, things were looking a lil’ blue around here so to pretty things up I grabbed this lovely coral bardot top (kinda like this) for a pastel pop of colour. It may be soooooo last year, but I’m still reppin’ ‘it to the max cause a) I’m that blogger who re-wears her clothes, and b) it’s so cute, comfy and super easy to style! I accessorised with the gorgeous fabric flower earrings featured in ‘It’s Raining Blooms‘, and added my Chambray Haze choker for a striking colour contrast.

If pretty pops of colour are your kinda thing too, why not slip into these slinky snakeskin slingbacks from New Look? With their mid-height heel and pastel/animal print combo, these are a wearable ‘wow’ piece that won’t break the bank.

Stuck on what to pair ’em with? Don’t worry- New Look have totally come through with a stunning style twin! With its stylish faux snake finish and cool silver hardware, this lil’ cutie’s bound to be a forever fave.

For ladies who are after a minty moment rather than some lavender lovin’, Topshop’s Darla mules are just the thing for you!

Pair with this matching grab bag for a (minty) fresh twist on the croc print trend!

To finish off, I slipped on this cosy cream cardi, snapped up from New Look last recently. I feel like a slouchy cardigan is definitely a Spring wardrobe essential… especially if like me, you live somewhere where weather hasn’t quite caught up yet *coughs. side-eyes Britain*. I’ve always been a huge fan of cardis, but I especially love this one ’cause of the buttons- they have this shiny finish that reminds me of mermaid shells, trinkets and all those summer vibes (aahhh).

Speaking of summer vibes, this gorgeous macrame bag is soooo full of ’em! I featured it in my last post, but I’m still not quite over how gorgeous it is, so just thought I’d show it to you again!

It’s perfection paired with Miss Selfridge’s woven effect white court shoes, which I’m also still drooling over! These are kinda like marmite- my brother loathes ’em as he thinks they’re old-fashioned, but moi? J’adore. Everything about the classic, modern vintage style is just… ???

This combo’s very ‘height of summer’, so the best thing to finish off your look is a layer shell necklace- like this beaut from the nation’s fave, ‘Primarni’.

And there you have it- gorgeous, affordable shoes, bags and accessories for Spring (and not a single boot in sight!) See below for alternatives to all the pretty pieces featured in this post, and subscribe for post notifications, tall girl tips and more!

Much Love
