January Blues: Dreamy denim pieces you need for 2020
So I’ve been doing a little sale shopping lately (okay, actually a lot) and one of the things I keep falling in love with is… denim! Comfy, stylish and versatile, i’s easy to see why it’s everyone’s favourite fabric, so I thought I’d share some of my faves with you all, alongside a cool, 70’s-inspired look!
When the hems actually reach your ankles and you can’t take your eyes off them… #TallGirlProbs
First up, this boilersuit, snapped up in the Topshop sale (can you believe this beaut was only £20?!) I’m not usually a blue denim kinda girl, but it’s my new favourite thing; for one, the legs actually reach my ankles (big deal when your inseam is 36 inches), plus it’s super comfy- would literally wear it to bed if I could!

The boilersuit is a pretty ‘boyish’ piece, so I popped on a leopard print belt for a more feminine silhouette. If you’re more of a girly girl though, you could always try a dress instead!

For some serious 70s style points, I slipped on a cute scrunchie and added some simple gold jewellery. Wanna up your vintage style game too? Why not pair your accessories with some denim flares instead? Check out the ones I’ve linked below.

To finish off, I cosied up in this gorgeous faux fur coat and added a snakeskin boot and bag due in a complementary hue. I’m not normally that into chunky boots, but these were one of those ‘love at first sight’ pairs. It may have something to do with the fact that they’re also kind of 70’s vibin’, which I’ve been really feeling of late!
